Organization, Management and Coordination (OMC) Services

 

Effective management of the monitoring of day-to-day project deliverables is an important asset for the success of a project management system. In this context PROJEXIA INTERNATIONAL offers organization, management and coordination (OMC) services in the design and/or execution phases of a construction project.

 

 

 

 

 

 

In particular, the team put in place will be responsible for: 

• Organizing project planning and ensuring that deadlines are respected by all the contractors involved;


• Daily coordination and monitoring of subcontractors, until final handover of the work;


• Organizing, preparing and facilitating site meetings or coordination meetings ;  

• Taking and issuing to the project stakeholders minutes of meeting, as well as monitoring actions to be taken;

• Editing relevant monitoring logs and ensuring their regular updates.
